“This was a transfer, but it was part of a tour. The description did not mention it was part of a tour and made it sound direct. The description said I would arrive after ~3 hours. I thought ok, maybe 12, 12:30 with traffic. I had an obligation at 13:00. I did not arrive until 14:20, missing my obligation (which came with financial complications). I gave this 2 stars and not 1 because the tour guide was very kind, and the driver was nice. I hate leaving bad reviews, I really do, but if you’re looking for something direct I would not recommend this option.”
